2007-2008 Tuition Installment Payment and Statement Schedule

Tuition statements are issued on the 1st of each month and are due by the 2nd of the following month. The first payment for September of the 2007-2008 school year is issued on July 1st, and due by August 2nd. If your payment is not received by the 12th of the month in which it is due, you will be sent a late notice and charged a late fee of 15% of your balance. Please remember that your tuition contract is for a total annual fee, which you may choose to pay in installments according to the schedule below. Payments may be mailed, or deposited in the mail slot, or given to the Office Manager/Bookkeeper in person.

Please do not leave payments on the desk, or in the classrooms, or give them to the teachers. Please keep your statements for tax purposes.

Our bookkeeper's name is Liz Jamero, who is available at the Dent site (408-723-5140) between 8:30 am and 3:30 pm every day if you have questions about your bill.

All other payments (Hot Shots, Marvegos, Piano, etc.) should be dropped in the appropriate envelopes available in the office at your site.
