| Infant Community |
The Infant Community teacher is Mari Davidson (AMI), who has been with us since November 2010. Mari has a BS in Early Childhood Education and a Master’s degree in Education from Albany University. She is assisted by Mirna Barrios, who has been with us since 2009, Melanie Hoang, who joined One World in July 2011, and Hermita Lazo Samaniego, who has been here since December 2010. Mirna speaks Spanish to the children and has three sons – one grown son, and two who attend One World. Melanie, who has a BS in Early Childhood Education from East Tennessee State University, has two daughters who attend school here. Hermita received her BS in Early Childhood Education from the Assumption of Mary University in Peru and speaks Spanish to the children. She has two daughers, one of whom currently attends One World. The newest staff member is Maureen Morgan, who joined the team in October 2011. She provides afternoon daycare to the full-day children. We are also fortunate to have Tianyu Luo speak Mandarin to the children. She started here in September 2011 and has a BS and Master’s degree in Psychology. Devin Litegyn teaches music for the Infant Community.

Primary III is comprised of Montessori teacher, teacher trainer, and founder, Rebecca Keith (PAMS). Her co-teachers are Jill Soong (AMI), who has been with us since 1982, Donnie Gomez (PAMS), who has also been with us since 1982, Kalpana Bonda (PAMS), who has been at One World since 2003, and Mina Noorbakhsh (PAMS), who has been here since 1996. Rebecca's grandson currently attends One World and Jill and Donnie’s children attended One World in the past.

| Primary IV |
Primary IV is comprised of Mari Perez-Vizcaino (PAMS), who has been teaching at One World since 1996, Nikki Callahan (IAPM), who has been with us since 2007, and Pallavi Tekriwal who has also been at One World since 2007. Mari’s two sons have attended One World in the past, and Nikki and Pallavi each have two children who currently attend One World.

| Language |
One World is pleased to have Pamela Jiang speak Mandarin with the children in both the Primary III and Primary IV classrooms. Pamela has been with us since February 2007 and has one son in Primary. Pamela will be completing her training from the Maria Montessori Teacher Training Center (MMTTC) in June 2012. Mirna Barrios speaks Spanish with the children in the morning in both primary classrooms and also assists the Infant Community in the afternoon. Mirna has three sons – one grown son, and two who attend One World. Mirna is also enrolled in the Maria Montessori Teacher Training Center (MMTTC) and will complete her training in June 2013.

| Outside Enrichment |
Julie Musick (PAMS) has been with us since August 2010 and is responsible for guiding children from both Primary classrooms in our outdoor environment, including gardening, cooking, art, caring for the animals, and other practical life exercises. She has one adolescent son.

Our Primary daycare team is comprised of Elizabeth Tritch, who has been with us since July 2010 and Gioia Ingram, who joined One World in September 2011. Elizabeth has a BA in Community Service and will complete her AA in Early Childhood Development in June 2012. Gioia brings with her over 10 years of experience working in Montessori afterschool programs.

| Elementary |
The Elementary I teacher is Jeanette Montoto (AMS, St. Nicholas), who also heads the Elementary program at One World, and Karina Rivera (AMS). Jeanette has been with us since 1981 and has two grown children who have attended One World in the past. Karina joined One World in 2002 and has one daughter who attends school here. They are assisted by Selena Sanchez, who has been at One World since 2007, and Chelsea Cunningham. Chelsea has been with us since 2007 and has a daughter who currently attends One World. Afternoon daycare is provided by Carly Lerma, who joined One World in 2009, and Veronica Gibson, who started here in September 2011.

Elementary II is taught by Laura Weiss (AMS), who has been at One World since 2007 and Ryan Francis (AMI) who joined us in 2008.

Language: Marcela Haro teaches elementary Spanish. She joined One World in 2000.

Music: Juliette McDonald (AMI music) is our music teacher.

Art: Lydia Rosso teaches art for the Elementary Program.
|
Robotics: Fransien van den Berg facilitates robotics and simple machines exploration groups once a week with the Elementary I and II classes.

| Primary |
Primary I is comprised of Montessori teachers Karen Bamberg (AMI), who has been with us since 1985, Usha Ravuri (PAMS), who has been associated with One World since 1991 and has worked for us full-time since 1998, and Lucille Satana (PAMS), who has been teaching at One World since 1991. Both of Karen’s children graduated from One World. Usha’s children currently attend One World. Lucille’s oldest son graduated from One World and her other two children are current students here. Julie Music is our intern this year from the Maria Montessori Teacher Training Center (MMTTC).

Primary II is headed by Meera Ravuri (St. Nicholas), who has been with us since 1987, and Hema Srinivasan (PAMS), who has been teaching here part-time since 1990, and full time since 1994. They are assisted by Mariza Campista (PAMS) who has been with us since 2002. Meera’s son graduated from our Junior High program a few years ago. Two of Mariza's children and both of Hema's sons graduated from One World.

Language: Judy Yang teaches Mandarin Chinese in both the Primary I and Primary II classrooms. Judy joined us in 1988. Her oldest grandchildren both graduated from One World and her youngest granddaughter currently attends school here.

Our Daycare Supervisor is Shama Chaudhary. Shama joined us in 2008. She is assisted by David Snow, who has been with us since 1991, and Michelle Camm, who has been with us since 1987. Shama has two children who currently attend One World.

| Elementary |
The Elementary I teacher is Karina Rivera (AMS), who has been with us since 2002. Karina recently had a baby and is on maternity leave for the 2009-2010 school year. In her absence, Lola Ross is teaching the elementary class. Lola has been at One World since 1996. During her time here, she has taught in the Primary, Elementary, and Junior High classes. Lola is assisted by Jeanette Pham, who joined One World in 2009.

Pascale Marion is our Office Manager at the Santa Clara site. Pascale has been with One World since 1988. Both her adult children graduated from One World.
Liz Jamero is One World's bookkeeper. She has been with us since 2004.

San Jose:
Julia Arndt is our Office Manager at the San Jose site. Julia has been a parent at One World since 2003 and started working for us in 2008.
Lisa Maxham has been our Non-profit Coordinator since 2008. Her nieces currently attend One World.
Jill Musick-Bulan has been the Receptionist at the San Jose site since January 2011.
Elizabeth Gomez is the Elementary Administrative Assistant at the San Jose site. She has been at One World since 2008 and has a niece and nephew who attended One World in the past.
